Positive change in society and work culture can’t be brought by people who don’t understand well human emotions. Nothing can be changed or fixed even in personal life when we are not in good health. For that we need to first live in the correct environment. Any medication will be effective only after that. It will be a terrible experience when we don’t have a choice to change our environment and forced to live there.

Now the real challenge as leaders we can’t be cowards and try escape from life before time. We must live for ourselves and others in society. You don’t want others get affected by your illness and suffer because of you.

You might not having the choice to change your environment but you never know about others if they have a choice.
 Now you find happiness in agony in this environment and spread goodness among all. This seems to be the only ray of hope to bring any desirable change.
