Sure, it is called Deepavali or Diwali. This year it falls on 24th October. People will celebrate with diya, sweets and fire crackers on both 24th and 25th. It has a cultural history from ancient times. I will write about that some other time.

date. Divali is like Christmas, and it is the most important festival in India.

Yes, It doesn’t fall on a fixed date every year. The date slightly varies as per calendar but mostly in October.

Diwali is celebrated on two days in india. In few states they celebrate it on the day of Kali puja and on the following day it is celebrated at the remaining areas of the country.
