रजस्तमश्चाभिभूय सत्त्वं भवति भारत।
रजः सत्त्वं तमश्चैव तमः सत्त्वं रजस्तथा॥

At a point of time, one human attribute surfaces suppressing the other two. Nobility suppresses others to rise to the surface when it is in an exalted state. The same principle applies to the other two attributes as well. Hence, executives must carefully observe and fine tune their mental conditions. (14.10)
