The four ashramas are: Brahmacharya (student), Grihastha (householder), Vanaprastha (retired) and Sannyasa (renunciate). The Ashrama system is one facet of the Dharma concept in Hinduism.

Today is the day for Girls. But please ask yourself, why it is getting celebrated? A few days ago there was Daughter’s Day, in January the National Girl child day for Indians is going to come.

Have a great day!

Divine spaces
in stirring souls
Nebulae between stars
Fields between particles
Blackouts between dreams
Crackling, sparks between flames
Ascent and descent between notes
Stillness between breaths
I am somewhere between
tripping and rising
Unfathomable sigh
~Inside spaces~
Sigh unfathomable
Rising and tripping
Between somewhere am I
Breaths between stillness
Notes between descent and ascent
Flames between sparks, crackling
Dreams between blackouts
Particles between fields
Stars between nebulae
Souls stirring in
spaces divine

World Mental Health Day – 10th October

World Mental Health Day is observed on 10th of October every year. The goal of this day is to raise awareness on mental health issues around the world. Each of us has the social responsibility to make a contribution ensuring that people dealing with these issues can have a better living with more social acceptance. They need more of our support to successfully deal with all issues concerning mental health.

To provide more support we need to discover more ways to reach people dealing with this stressful condition. This day provides an opportunity to all working on mental health issues to talk about their work and share with one another ideas on what more needs to be done to effectively make mental health care a reality for people globally.
